I knew I liked Samantha from the very moment during her engagement session, where I joking called her a "sweaty bitch" and rather than slap me, she laughed said that I was her kind of people.
Sam and Brandon held their wedding on Brandon's family's gorgeous property in the farming town of Creston, BC. Nestled in the sunny south eastern corner of British Columbia, Creston feels like the town where time stood still. The sort of place where people don't lock their doors, where kids still walk to the local ice cream parlour, and where everyone knows your name. In the summer, the town's countless orchards explode with berries, and in the fall you can buy pumpkins, gourds, and zucchini by the kilo. It's friendly, and the climate is incredible. Basically, what I am trying to say is that I love Creston. This wonderful couple hosted their ceremony on Brandon's parent's beautiful, tree-lined drive way. Afterward, guests enjoyed lawn games, drinks, and appetizers on the lawn, by the shade of those very same trees. After plenty of time to win (and lose) a few games of bocce, everyone headed to Casey's Community House- Creston's newest, and coolest wine bar and tap house for dinner, drinks, and shenanigans. |
