Carly the goddess {Nelson BC maternity Photographer]

It is safe to say that Carly's incredible maternity session on the shores of Nelson, BC's Kootenay Lake solidified my passion for photographing maternity clients as close to 'in the nude' as they will allow me.

​We shot this session as the sun was setting, and as it got lower in the sky we got the most delicious, moody light. I was more than happy to embrace it! I can't stop swooning over the header image in this post. Carly looks like (and is!) such a powerhouse, goddess of a woman and I am eternally grateful to her for allowing me to capture her at her most vulnerable, yet also her most resolute.
